Neil Broughton, Owner

I grew up on a small farm in Southeastern South Dakota where we raised sheep, alfalfa, corn, and soybeans. In High School I worked for a landscape company that put natural elements from the surrounding area into all it's landscapes.  We prided ourselves on customer service and attention to detail. Also during that time, I was introduced to many different conservation groups within the area.   You could say Farming, Conservation, and Landscaping were my building blocks for my future.

After high school, I went to Southeast VoTech. for a Horticulture Degree.  In 2001 I graduated and started working for South Dakota Game Fish and Parks.  My main job for GFP was Land Management within the 20 counties in southeastern South Dakota.  The job consisted mostly of maintaining and installing of tree plots, grass seeding, and food plots. I also assisted in wildlife surveys, wildlife depredation, private land conservation programs, animal control, education seminars, and law enforcement.

While working for GFP I still kept landscaping and helping local farmers on the side.   One day while talking to a neighbor about everything I could help them with.  It dawned on me that it was time to start my own company.  A company that I could help all different types of landowners; big, small, agriculture, commercial, residential, or recreational.  With a mission to bring every landowner more profits and more enjoyment out of every square inch of their property.
